@bob @mcc aren't people in tech switching job on average every couple of years? This kinda imply a good part of the recent hires were to replace people leaving and if you stop hiring, you'll soon have nobody remaining. And if you have shown you can fire people on a whim, you will have trouble finding new people and you will spark more unionization
