@mcc like, the monitor is powered over USB? I wasn't thinking about that.

a 4070ti seems to require 285W. A big intel i9 use 150W but I would guess am i7 and for comparison, the i7-13700 only need 65W. So without the USB, I would guess you are below 50% usage on that power supply.

A 16" screen seems to consume 8W so I doubt that's a big issue
