This morning, I boot up my computer, I open chrome and to my dismay, half of the background are missing. Contextual menu are a black rectangle.
I reboot, same. I spend 20 minutes messing with flags. Sometimes the button to relaunch chrome is displayed, sometimes not.
I got the contextual menu back when I enable vulkan. This broke canvas and fixed that by disabling GPU acceleration for theses.

Computer were a mistake.
