@desea @ghostlyash android: netrunner had a system where you would buy the whole expansion in one go. You get a pack of 60 cards, 3 copy of each 20 new ones, the number you can play in a deck. They call that not a TCG but a living card game.

They were licensing the rules from wizard of the coast who refused to renew because they wanted to use it for some hot license. Capitalism 🤷‍♀️
