@Nethyr assuming strawpage and nekoweb are the same as neocities, what you might want is a static website generator. I like pelican, I know jekyll is a big actor in the field. They are not like wordpress. You write each blog article in a file, you run the tool which might require a terminal/command line, you get a bunch of html files. Then you copies theses files to neocities/other.
