Every now and then I look for better app to play music stored on my phone and I still haven't found something good. So far I use VLC. It's pretty decent except that everytime I start playing music, after a second it will stutter once, like if it's building a buffer. Recently tried auxio which is ok except when I cold open the app, it show a progress bar for maybe 10 seconds before showing songs. Retro music doesn't let me choose a folder.
