What if in dungeons and dragon, the good/bad axis could be skewed. Like default axis would be life good/death bad, so cleric keeping people alive are good and demon wanting to rule the world and kill any opposition bad. But here come my tiefling smuggler, rescued by an immortal patron who make me warlock after I argue slavery is worse than death. Cleric see undead as evil (they are dead). My tiefling? Mindless skeleton without willpower, evil slave. Are lich evil? Do their undead have a union?
