I just watched "Wise Man's Grandchild" anime (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/85844) and it's pretty nice.

Would say it start as typical isekai, random person get reincarnated in fantasy world, get massive power (through learning from the best tutor). Then join magic academy where he find friends and hardship. Formula change a bit as he find early on a reciprocal crush and neither think it's both-way (kinda sweet) and part of massive power come from how he use magic and he teach that to friends
